Tom Bryan is a third generation custom home builder. Originally established in Santa Cruz, California in 1989, Tom Bryan Construction is currently based on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Tom has been visiting Kauai since 1980, and in 1999 decided to move to The Garden Island full-time.

At Tom Bryan Construction, we are dedicated to helping homeowners and clients create a home that is a true reflection of their own style and dreams. Our specialties include in custom home building and design, remodeling, quality home additions, project management and much more.

Tom Bryan Construction has served many clients in all phases of construction projects. References made available upon request.
